Location location location, and you really couldn't find a better place. Minutes walk from the beach, food, and bars. Right off the main road in a quiet complex, this provided a nice place to stay and rest in between our adventures on Maui. The photos were accurate, and we especially appreciated the added amenities found in the hallway closet such as pool noodles, beach chairs, and coolers. Kitchen was spotless and made reheating left over take out a breeze. There is one assigned parking and ample street parking, so for traveling families this might be a great option. Overall, I had a great experience with this rental.

We really liked the location of this condo in Kihei. We enjoyed learning to use boogie boards at Charley Young Beach. We tried several different restaurants in Kihei; the food was very good. The restaurants are casual, order at counter, and find a seat on the patio. You can walk to the beach and to restaurants from the condo. The condo had lots of equipment and toys for the beach as well as beach towels.

Very cute place, in walking distance to every thing. Very clean, check in was very easy we were actually able to check in a little early. Ac until and a fan in all the rooms but still got pretty toasty, the only thing I could recommend is black out curtains for the whole place. But overall amazing stay would 10/10 stay again.

Michael was very flexible and a great communicator & made me feel comfortable during my stay. Although the property is a bit older, it’s very clean with very lovely comfortable bedding. I did not use the extra room as I was traveling solo but there are lots of beach items both for adults and children. It was a very short walk to Charlie Young Beach, which is a lovely beach. And close walking distance to everything else you might need. I did not have a car and didn’t feel ant all stranded.

Great location in Kihei, short walk to beautiful family friendly beaches and food trucks/town amenities. Only note is that if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs may be helpful as the main road is nearby.

I want to say big thank you to Michael! No matter what time I texted him he responded me immediately. The location is super convenient in just walking distance you will find grocery stores, cafes, Starbucks, souvenir shops and many many more. Beach just across the street! In apartment you will find all you need for comfort living! I highly recommend Michael’s rental for your future stay! Thank you again Michael for the pleasant vacation

My little family had a great stay here. The condo was clean and cozy and felt more like “home” than staying in some of the bigger complexes in Kihei. The lanai was lovely and so was the pool. Communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great home base for checking out Maui, the kitchen is well stocked and the AC gets the rooms cool sleeping. Lots of restaurants and beaches within a 10 minute walk. Our kids made good use of the beach toys and snorkel gear.

Great little spot that is very walkable to pretty much everything in Kīhei. If you’re expecting the 5 star Four Seasons…..this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean place to base your Hawaii adventure out of, this place could not be more perfect. A great beach spot at Charlie Young Beach is a less than 5 min walk, and next door at Cove Park there is a great tree to sit under and enjoy the sunset with a cold beverage. The kitchen is adequately equipped and the bedrooms are large. All furniture is clean and comfortable. Communication with the knowledgeable host was easy and quick. We had a great time and it will be the first place we look at on our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Air conditioners in each room was nice. Michael was very prompt with any questions or concerns we had. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of beach amenities to use. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys a cooler and more!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and good value. We loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed including beach gear, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. It’s in a quiet complex, steps from a beautiful pool, and a short walk to Charley Young beach. With the windows open, there was little need for the AC. Our host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We will DEFINITELY book here again.
