Relax in this spacious and serene space. Waterfront property with a 40' dock installed. This house has Oneida Lake in the backyard, perfect for fishing all year. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, two fire pits, kayak, and paddle board for guest use.

A game room has air hockey, foosball table, dart board, and board games. The house has 2 smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. Off-street parking in front of the house. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt. 81.
