Welcome to our beloved mountain getaway in beautiful Grand County, Colorado. Our single-family home has 2,800 square feet of finished space on three levels, a 2-car garage with EV charger, front and back patios, and a private hot tub that looks out on a natural backyard with a creek running through it. Look closely and you might see beavers, herons, foxes, hawks, hummingbirds, and a variety of waterfowl.
Modern and spacious with a good blend of spaces to gather and spaces to retreat to, this home hosts up to 12 guests. Two families can share it easily, with three bedrooms and two baths upstairs and a private basement with a bedroom, a sleeper sofa, and a separate full bath.
It's also the perfect spot for remote work, with three desks and fast wifi throughout the house, thanks to a wireless mesh network.
MAIN FLOOR
• Modern-rustic style dining room with high-end furnishings and artwork from local artists
• Kitchen fit for the most discerning home chef, with high-quality knives and cookware, gas stove + oven w/air fry feature, dishwasher, dishes and glassware for a crowd, and a variety of small appliances, including rice cooker, 4-slice toaster, 14-cup coffee maker (Starbucks coffee beans included), coffee grinder, Nespresso Vertuo machine (some capsules included to get you started), milk frother, Ninja blender, hand mixer, immersion blender, and slow cooker
• Living room with cozy seating, brand-new UHD LED TV + Apple TV, and million-dollar views of Byers Peak and surrounding mountains
• Powder room
• Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board
• Mudroom with plenty of cubby space for coats, shoes, etc.
