Easy and great location in reference to many of the local attractions. Communication with host was also quick and easy. Great time staying in this charming spot would recommend to others!

We're grateful for guests like you! It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay and the local attractions, thanks again!
EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE owners. Cute, clean, and spacious finished basement apartment. Sensitive kitchen smoke detector (dinner bell), use provided fan with open window for ventilation. Local construction was NOT a hinderance. Hot tub was clean and hot. Equiped kitchen.FABULOUS EXPERIENCE, would return.

We're so blessed by your kind words and genuinely helpful feedback. It's wonderful to hear you had a nice stay, enjoyed the space and hot tub! You're welcome anytime!
The description did not say it sat between two main road ways, both with major construction from sun up to sun down. There is not a lake view and the creek was not enjoyable due to constant construction.Cute, BASEMENT apartment. Ceilings are only 7ft, so if you are tall, not the place for you. Pictures were accurate, but make it look much larger. Had to share hot tub with someone?!

Thanks for staying with us! We are fully transparent about the details such as our basement layout, 7ft ceiling height and shared hot tub in the property description. I'll see if we can maybe move things around so people booking in the future have the right expectations
Emergency utility work outside the property is unfortunate, thankfully it was temporary
I wasn't aware it was a basement unit. It was pretty dark and cold. Otherwise it was ok.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
This is a basement ! That has been renovated, AND is part of a large home that has other guests staying as well. You open the door and go directly down the stairs. The ceilings are very low, Men had to duck under doorways, and sit in the shower. The bridge you see does NOT take you across the water.,,It ends in a tree !!! There is a retaining wall and hard to get down to the water. A highway and construction crew trailer right next to the property. Workers wake you up at 7:00am. We set the smoke alarm every time we used the stove. Very cute and clean. Host was amazing and responded quickly.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the space cute and clean, and that we were able to provide a positive hosting experience. We are transparent in our listing description about the unique features of our basement suite so guests know what to expect before booking and will try to highlight them better. The nearby construction was temporary, sorry for that inconvenience we unfortunately weren't notified in advance by the county. Thank you again for staying with us!
Definitely worth the stay. Need to be more open about what is exactly going on. From what I observed there are 3 rental units on one property and they definitely don’t disclose that. No big deal, would just like some privacy when paying for something like this. Also make sure your patrons know where to park,

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad to hear your stay was worth it. We appreciate your feedback regarding privacy and parking. We outline the layout of our multi-unit property and shared spaces in the listing description, but we will review our guest messaging to ensure parking instructions and property details are even easier to find before arrival. Thanks again for staying with us!
This was a nice place to stay up Ute pass. It was nicely decorated and enjoyable . Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the patio or the hot tub because it was cold rainy and snowy in May. Everything was smooth and easy with check-in and finding the location. Kimmie is a great host.

Very cute place to stay and was perfect for our Thanksgiving. Only recommendation would be to have a couple of extra blankets for guests to use while hanging out in the living room.
