Vitamin Sea is your getaway oasis! Bring your dog, Walk to the beach; you are one block from beach access and from restaurants and shops on Front Beach! Front Beach is famous for it’s world-famous Windjammer, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, novelty stores, as well as events and festivals throughout the year. This 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom, features a private pool (surrounded by Synthetic Turf) with poolside outdoor kitchen, rooftop deck with wet bar, TV, two kitchens, two living rooms and an elevator that runs from the ground floor to the rooftop.

The first level features three bedrooms and an open combo kitchen/living room with a 55 inch flat screen TV. This living area features a large deck to relax and unwind, overlooking "Front Beach" Isle of Palms. The first bedroom is a large master suite with a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with private deck. The second bedroom features a full size bed. The third bedroom offers two twin size beds. There is also a shared hall bathroom with double vanity’s, shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer.

The second floor mirrors the first floor with the exception of this level having two bedrooms and a larger open kitchen/living room with a large dining table. The Primary suite features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with oversized double shower with dual rain shower heads. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. In the hallway, there is a large bathroom for guests with a bath/shower combo and dual vanity’s.

The third floor features a private bedroom and full bathroom, accessible through a spiral staircase off the 2nd floor balcony or elevator. Most impressive on this level is a large 1000 sf rooftop deck with a pergola featuring outdoor seating, tabletop fire pit and a flat screen tv. You will enjoy plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and tables and chairs. Feel the ocean the breezes and take in the ocean views and low country sunsets. Get a Birdseye view of downtown Isle of Palms, many nights you can listen to live bands.

****Linens are included as well as a starter set of toiletries such as bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent, etc. Please bring you own beach towels. Beach chairs, bikes, baby equipment can be rented locally. Keurig Coffee Maker provided

Important notes:
***Onsite parties; Bachelorette, Bachelor, Wedding, Graduation, or any other parties are not permitted and will be asked to vacate immediately without refunds. Isle of Palms enforces a noise violation ordinance (no loud noise after10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m.).
*** The pool may be heated with 2 week notice -nonrefundable fee of $600.
***Nonrefundable pet deposit of $300 - synthetic turf please pick up behind your dog.
***There are security cameras on the back corners of the home and a ring camera at the entrance for security purposes.
***The gravel parking pad to the left of the driveway is open parking...1st come, 1st serve parking open for anyone to park.

It was the absolutely perfect place for us. We each had a bedroom. The baths were plentiful. Kitchens well stocked. IOP was lovely. We enjoyed the beach - directly across the street. We drove into Charleston for the day (piece of cake). The house is located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It is honestly perfect. We had the best stay!

It fit everyone very comfortably. It had everything you may need for cooking and space to sit all together for meals. The beach is very dog friendly which was a plus since we traveled with our dog. Island Realty was great at answering questions and handling any issues. We were there over Christmas and they had someone available to reach out to us, everyone was very friendly. Would stay there again, close to Charleston and other attractions.

Best Girls Weekend

This house is fabulous in the best location!! We only had one complaint from the one girl who slept on the very top floor that the matress really needs replacing. Other than that everything was fantastic! We really enjoyed the rooftop! We could hear bands and people watch. It was an easy walk to grocery and liquor store! Highly recommend!

We previously rented on Isle of Palms but this location was ideal for our mixed generational family. We really did not need any vehicles as all entertainment, water (pool and ocean) and food is within walking distance. We enjoyed a wonderful week of family that featured great beach weather (always chancey) and memory-making good times.

Good location

Set up is good if you want groups to stay apart, not as good for wanting everyone together. Elevator super slow and a bit iffy. Floor on 2nd floor master felt sandy when we checked in. Had to go up rental office to get soap & shampoo for this suite. Pool is very small. Visited friends on Carolinae St $ their layout, porches, pool & in yard were much better. House was not a bargain + pretty expensive for 3 nights!

The house was much larger than we needed for our small group this time but we have already decided to come back with the whole family since it is so accommodating. We loved the convenience of being in the middle of town with shops and restaurants, while also being so close to the beach. The house was well furnished with comfortable beds, along with being well stocked. My elderly mother appreciated the elevator and my small dog loved the backyard pool area. Great use of space for an interesting shaped lot. We also loved people watching from the front porches and rooftop deck!

Maintenance team is very responsive but when you rent a home for $10K+ you would like to think you don't have to call. AC wasn't working on the first floor when we arrived. Elevator broke down twice. Internet in home doesn't work just buffers. Pool furniture needs to be replaced. Basically, if you rent this home bring extra towels to cover the old blistering hot pool furniture in the mornings so they can be used in the afternoon. Bring your cell phones & personal hot spots for streaming. Don't expect to use any TV's. Last & most important DO NOT use the elevator unless absolutely necessary & only use for transporting goods not a person! If you do these things you will love your stay.
