Purpose of the stay was to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. We enjoyed the accommodations along with proximity to the Baseball Hall. We were surprised though of the absence of shampoo & soap in the bathrooms during our stay as all previous VRBO stays included these amenities.

Convenient and fun stay for Dreams Park
We enjoyed our stay at Federal House. It is very conveniently located near Dreams Park and with ample parking which allowed us to quickly go back and forth between games. Was also close to quick eats, groceries, and has a laundry room. The large, in-ground pool and spacious green spaces were great for having fun as a family, BBQs, and playing basketball or whiffle ball with teammates. The downstairs sleeping was a little tight--the sofa was a futon, only good for one person. We only needed that on the nights our son wasn't staying at the bunks, but may be hard for an adult to sleep there all week. It is a little run down on the inside, but it fit our needs and that of a 12 year old boy who just loves to play with his friends! I would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again if we were to return to Cooperstown.
My parents and i came up here with mt toddler daughter for a Cooperstown/Baseball Hall of Fame weekend. This spot was super local, quiet, and private. It allowed us to all be in the same place but also had plenty of room for my parents and i to sleep seperately and without disturbing anyone. My toddler had feeedom to play in the house and run around outaide on the grass. my parents
Decent accommodation/needs a better cleaning service
The apartment was as advertised, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms weren't very clean, and the kitchen sink and bathroom tub in particular were visibly dirty. We found some sponges and cleaned both, not a big deal, but not something I'd expect when paying a cleaning fee. On departure, they want you to do a lot of cleaning before leaving (vacuum, sweep, put the towels in the wash, etc.) The guest before us may not have done their part to clean up, and hence the less-than-clean condition. Otherwise, the manager was very friendly and helpful, and the location is only 7-8 minutes from Main Street Cooperstown. We'd stay again.
