Welcome to your Downtown Historic Melbourne Bungalow! She was built to withstand the test of time in 1939. This lovely home has a fresh outlook on life, embracing her beachy vibe and comfortably adorned with mid century inspired interior and tropical outdoor landscaping and dining. Soon you will be humming a Jimmy Buffet Song with a bit of sand between your toes.

Located near the Downtown Melbourne Historic District and Eau Gallie Arts District, Holmes Medical Center and a short 8 minute drive to the beach over the causeway, you will be close to the best our area has to offer, but why go anywhere. Three cozy bedrooms with generous amenities will delight when the day comes to a close. Morning coffee and meals on the beautifully landscaped patio with fire-pit and outdoor dining. Come check us out!
