A cool big open plan space that invites rest & relaxation to accommodate 8 people (stretching to 10 with a sofabed in the tv room). Ideal for a family with kids or a group of friends looking to relax. Open plan kitchen, dining, living and tv/play room. Enjoy the shared 15m lap pool as well as outdoor child/adult jungle gym with playhouse and trampoline. Option to additionally rent the studio annex - Loggerhead.

Spring break March 2024

We had an amazing time. The house is large and accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably. There is a room on the main floor that has a pull out sofa bed that works well as a bedroom. We enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee as well as the pool area. The house is well stocked with everything you might need and it’s only a short drive to dining and the beach. If you have a large group this house is perfect. We even got to see the famous JOJO the dolphin.

We just wanted to share how amazing our stay at the windward house was. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Plus, the property had the cutest kittens roaming around, adding an extra touch of charm to the whole experience. The place itself was super clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Lovely home close to beautiful quiet beach

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at Windward House. The house is very well appointed with tons of space including a huge kitchen, family room, veranda and four large bedrooms including a massive primary bedroom and en suite. The house had A/C in every room. It was a short 5 min walk to a beautiful secluded beach (almost felt like our own private beach) and could walk for miles on this beach.
