I lived a unique experience in this new 40m2 studio apartment, located in the best area of Belgrano.
The separation of the room will allow you to have the privacy of a two-room environment in the functionality of a large studio with an integrated kitchen and balcony.
If you are thinking about a business trip or temporary stay, this is the apartment.

-CHECK OUT: 10AM.
- Early check in or late check out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on availability at the time, whether there is a reservation the night before or on the day of departure.
Notice: 2 sets of keys are left per apartment.
- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of entering the apartment in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. Daily cleaning or any other type is not included. 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with pillows and blanket are left.
- Please note there is no night guard. We are an Rental not a hotel.
*We do not make reservations outside of rental
