The Space:
If you are looking for a very cool apartment to enjoy your stay in Buenos Aires, the décor of Borges’ Place will not disappoint you. Upon entering this trendy loft, it is clear that this industrial designed space provides the perfect balance between comfort and style. With its open/loft concept you will never feel cluttered. Bathed with natural light and with unobstructed views of Plaza San Martin, the gorgeous former Palace Paz building (now the Argentine Military Circle and Museum of Arms, c.1914), and Palace Haedo, (now used as the National Parks headquarters c.1871), you will feel as if you never left Europe.

Enjoy the large and very private terrace for sunbathing and romantic dinners. The king size bed, surrounded by luxurious velvet and silk drapery, is ideal for relaxing on a night in whilst enjoying the flat screen TV. A full modern bathroom with a fantastic shower as well as a half bathroom is available.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook at home. This building became famous because it was once home to Jorge Luis Borges, a famous argentine literature writer.

The home is strategically located a few steps away from Calle (street) Florida, Galerias Pacifico Shopping Center and Puerto Madero. You will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge), the naval museums, and Recoleta, where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), letting yourself be captivated by the portside culture. Also, you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very special area of the city. It’s in between bustle Downtown and posh Recoleta. The Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square), where the monument to General Jose de San Martin is located, works as a nexus and a space integrator.
The zone is very close to La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero, and Recoleta.
The perfect neighborhood to stroll and enjoy the French architecture with almost instant access to downtown and you will also have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels.
