• Pets are welcome, limit 2 dogs. No size or breed limit. $40 per pet per stay.

• There will be an extra charge of $25 per day and needs advance notice to heat the pool.

• Pool is cleaned once a week. The pool maintenance person will visit the property once a week between the days of Friday-Sunday without previous notice but won't bother anyone.

• We do not provide grilling facilities on the property, for safety reasons.

Loved the place

Great location and well-stocked house. Host was very gracious. While we spent most of our 80 days on the golf course, coming “home” was a pleasure. Would definitely stay there again.

Home was beautifully kept inside and out. Rooms were clean and simple with adequate storage. Loved the pool and the neighborhood. Communication with owner was quick and owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Outstanding stay

Everything was lovely at this home. It was a perfect location for us to volunteer at Give Kids the World while also being able to reach all of Orlando's entertainment options. Home was perfectly comfortable and clean. One of the best appointed houses we have stayed in. The pool was wonderful, warm and refreshing at the end of busy days. Host was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend.

Our daughter and her boyfriend joined us for a few days of fun and relaxation. EPCOT was great as was Universal. Reading by the pool is something I don’t get to do at home so I treasured that !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The location was excellent for us. We played golf on several courses which were very easily accessible from the house. Also it was very convenient for all kinds of shopping. Although we did not visit the theme parks on this visit the house is not far from all of them. We would certainly recommend this house to everyone and would be very happy to return on our next visit if it was available.

Niece 2nd birthday

This property was in a good location and the drive to the parks wasn’t far at all. When we had questions or concerns host was quick to respond back. Only thing was we did travel with our 2 dogs and even though the listing says that there are no size or breed restriction they will charge you extra if you have large breed dogs. We got charged an additional $40 per dog after our stay.

Best vacation ever! Beautiful accommodations!

Our family travels a lot! It's me and my son and our two dogs. My son is special needs nonverbal autistic. He loved the pool! It was perfection! The house was amazing and easy to keep clean. Everything was provided. I have never seen so many towels and blankets and other amenities available! The neighborhood was amazing. We enjoy enclosed parking and we felt very safe! And it was just luxurious covering the couch with covers and snuggles every night watching the huge TV and preparing for next days adventure! The kitchen was full service and had everything we needed! It was truly our favorite day ever ! We are so thankful and we hope to be back next year! Thank you so much
