We stayed here with our family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The condo has recently been remodeled, so everything is new and clean. I highly recommend staying here with your group of family or friends.
Ms. Jackie and her home was amazing and in the center of everything we needed. She also setup a mini Easter basket hunt for our children and they loved it!
Our stay was simply perfect! The townhouse was beautifully decorated and even had Christmas decorations! It was a completely comfortable stay and the host left us a really nice card with some chocolates for every guest! The house was very close to the NC State campus and made going to and from graduation events a breeze. All-in-all it was a very enjoyable stay! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time! This property is in a great location, is very relaxing, and is beautifully decorated! The owner is extremely kind and helpful as well!
Also, the layout of the property is great for large families, small groups, or even a few friends looking for a getaway. We were with a small youth group and were easily able to separate guys and gals with a whole floor between us! My wife and I hope to use the property again later with some family on a family trip!
10/10!!
In the words of my Grandson Conor "It was Good" lol
The home (townhouse) is in good shape all modern appliances and bathrooms. The location is great for accessing the NC State campus and the PNC arena.
The neighborhood is also very nice and home located
at the end of the driveway made for easy parking and
multiple spaces available, again it was good "enjoyable".
I like this place. The TV’s were big and Samsung. The upstairs staircase is backing free. It’s a feature but my ladies (teenagers) had to adjust to it. It’s super close to NC State and Crabtree Valley. That Western Blvd interchange to the interstate is currently a disaster with the construction and the poor signage. Not the owner’s fault but keep you head up when using GPS. Bottom line is we were happy with the property.
Combo visit to Raleigh for a high school sports tournament at NSCU Miller field (5 min drive) and visit with our daughter at Meredith (5 min drive). Plus visit the Raulston Arboretum Moonlight in the Garden (fantastic!) and show downtown Raleigh to our French exchange student (10 min including parking). Super convenient to it all.
Best features: location convenience, excellent communication and flexibility with Host, ample parking, spacious unit, and beautifully decorated. Chocolates upon arrival.
Worth noting: bring your own shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and all cooking supplies (ie not stocked with basics like some VRBO). Small bar soaps and ample liquid hand soap is provided along with all necessary cleaning supplies.
Thanks for a great weekend stay!
Just a one night stay. Everything was as advertised. Very cozy home, beautifully decorated. Almost everyone in my group made a comment about how much they liked it. Big TV in the living room, which was great since we watched playoff football. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a good area to walk the dog or stroll if you want. There is a park that is close as well. Communication with the property owner was smooth and easy, including text. Would definitely stay again.
Note: Depending on which direction you are coming from, Waze may direct you to an old street that runs down near the address but is a dead end with no access to the home. That was just Waze though, not Google maps, which worked better according to my brother. Not very far to drive around but I also know the area somewhat.
