Enjoy abundant sunshine, sand, and surf for your upcoming getaway to Surf City! This classic, third-row beach house boasts an unbeatable location just steps away from the public beach access (three doors away) and near fantastic attractions, including Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Shipwreck Point Golf, and North Topsail Beach Town Park.

The main living space is located on the second floor offering a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably on the extensive sectional and watch a fun show or movie on the TV while the chef of the group prepares a culinary masterpiece in the well-appointed kitchen. Catch partial views of the ocean from the large covered back deck and splendid sunsets from the front. This level hosts three comfortable bedrooms that are perfect for a good night's sleep. The basement area features two bedrooms, an extensive covered patio with a comfy hammock, and window AC units in both bedrooms.

OK house for a short stay

This house comfortably fit two families and a dog. The front and back porches were very nice as well as the downstairs patio. Plenty of seating for all. The house has wifi that is spotty at times, a smart TV that does not always cooperate with the wifi, and TV service that is touchy. The house could use a good deep cleaning, there just seemed to be a layer of dirt everywhere. The property allows dog but it lined with cacti and spurs that get in your dog's paws. I don't think we will be back to stay at this property.
