We are just far enough away from the 'center' of town to allow for some peace and quiet; but, if you'd like to go out for lunch, dinner, or shopping, we're just over a two minute drive from these Surf City amenities.

Our home boasts a spacious, but comfortable, living area with beautiful ocean views, a large open dining space (table fits 10!), a wonderful, fully stocked kitchen with ample storage and counter space. All of the rooms have access to a deck where you can take in either ocean sunrises or intracoastal sunsets. Our home, being four floors, has an elevator that services all four (4); that makes loading and unloading cars a breeze. The two-car garage opens up to a roomy four car driveway. It comes equipped with an outdoor shower in the back and easy access keyless entry exterior doors throughout! We have also stocked the house with beach towels, chairs, and toys. Theres a high chair for the littles, as well as a pack-n-play. We tried to think of everything so all you need to bring is yourself!
