Bachelorette overnight

We stayed here with 12 people for my daughter's bachelorette party. It was a great house on 2 floors with plenty of room. Not far from Providence which is where we went to celebrate. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Excellent large property in Warren

2d and 3d story; large, spacious and comfortable property in downtown Warren RI. Short walk to shops; off street parking behind house on Main Street. Comfortable, mid century modern furniture. WiFi-tv, cable. Two kitchens. 5-bedrooms. Timely and responsive communication with owner. Easy access to RI and Massachusetts freeways. Bike paths nearby, as well as local beach. Lots of excellent coffee shops and fine restaurants for dining for breakfast, lunch or dinner on waterfront a short walk away.

Amazing Stay!

Tyler & Steph's place was wonderful! The home was split between two floors with a full unit on each floor, we travelled with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and the two separate floors were great. The house was SO clean and well decorated. The location was great, central to Providence & Newport (about 25 minutes to each) and the town of Warren was adorable, lots of great brunch spots right on Main St. and lovely dinner spots right on the water. I wish I was there for a longer amount of time to try out more restaurants! The hosts were responsive and helpful, I would definitely recommend for your next trip to RI!

Great for large groups

We recently got married at Colt State Park and had family coming in from multiple states. This house was perfect for the occasion! Spacious, clean and the check-in was super easy. Tyler and Stephanie were very helpful and local if we needed anything. The only reason we're giving 4 stars and something for future guests to keep in mind is that you have to go up/down a flight of stairs to get into the house, which got a little tricky with older family members. Other than that, we loved staying here and know you will too.

Unique Layout - Great for Big Groups

We celebrated my daughters birthday here with our extended family. The rental is actually two separate flats which worked out great for our group. There is a ton of space. It is clean and well taken care of. Tyler and Steph are responsive and easy to communicate with. We were also pleasantly surprised by the town of Warren. The location of the rental is very close to restaurants, bars, and the East Bay Bike Path.

Great Spot for a Family

This was a fantastic rental. Here are some points to note: - The location is ideal. You are a block or so away from the water, and lots of great shops and cafes in the Warren Area. You're about half-hour from Providence - The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly answered any questions I had and helped me when I needed it. We felt very comfortable knowing that if there was anything we needed, they'd be attentive to us. - The location was spacious, bright, beautiful, and welcoming. It is split between the 2nd and 3rd floor, which worked out great for us. The kitchen, dining room, and living room on the 2nd floor were more than large enough for all of us to comfortably be together when eating or being together. Later at night the kids were able to retreat to their bedroom on the 3rd floor. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Great house for a large group

There were 11 of us in RI for a family wedding in Newport. Warren is a cute community and was only 30 minutes from the venue. It had a parking area and was right on the main road where you could walk to coffee shops, etc. The house is on two levels (2nd and 3rd floors) so made it nice that some could sleep in and have their own time on a different floor as the rest. 3rd floor is more updated than 2nd. Air conditioning units in most windows so house was comfortable and cool. Washer/dryer was available, but no laundry soap which would have been nice. A couple outlets did not work but we worked around them. Owner was very responsive when dryer didn't work and came out immediately and the problem was fixed. Highly recommend if you need a larger space and/or have a big group!
