Love, love, love this place. Plenty of room for 6 individuals, had all cooking needs and great communication. This place couldn’t have been more convenient to Yellowstone and to downtown. We would definitely recommend and/or come again. Absolutely the best!

Convenient location perfect for our family of 5. Used as our base while we hiked from early to late for 6 days in Yellowstone. The kitchen had wonderful amenities. We used 3 bedrooms and all beds were comfortable. Host is very communicative. Will stay here again when we return to the area. Nice cozy place. Please note while hand soap is provided, the following are to be provided by the guests: shower gel, shampoo & conditioner.

This was a really nice spot to stay to visit the park. You are 5 min drive from the west entrance. The town of West Yellowstone has a lot of restaurant and other typical tourist attractions which the house is very close to. The house itself was very clean, check-in and checkout were simple and the communication with the host was great. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Make sure to print out and have required rental agreement with you!It was a hassle to check in but figured it out.

As it states in the Rental Agreement there is information you will need during your stay "Welcome Letter" . Not sure why it is a surprise that a Rental Agreement is required, It's right in the property description. Also not sure about "Hassle to Checkin". As other have stated checkin is seamless "If you read the Welcome Letter" You give us a 4 digit code we program it in the lock, when you arrive at checkin you put your code in the lock the door unlocks and you open the door. Seems pretty straight forward.

Perfect location for our Yellowstone family trip. Clean, parking right out front, safe. Ron was amazing - very available, checked in to make sure all was good, and even sent updates about road conditions in the park. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of kitchen appliances/utensils for our daily cooking. Bedrooms were very spacious and super comfy mattresses. Loved the 5 minute walk to all the shops downtown. Appreciated the communication from Ron … checked in before we arrived and called to make sure everything was going ok during our stay. All in all, a wonderful place to call home while vacationing.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be close to the West Yellowstone Entrance … this is about as close as you can get! The property was clean and had every amenity we needed. Ensure you don’t require A/C in the hotter weather - fans ARE provided in every room and evenings offer a cool breeze through the windows. Ron was SUPER QUICK with all correspondence!

Nice size property, 3 separate rooms / areas. Location is on the outskirts of the town but we were staying there to go Yellowstone Park so we didn't have much time for exploring the town anyways and it was still within walking distance. There was a separate rental agreement required not a big deal but just additional paperwork that can't be done through the app and got a little confusing with the passcodes for the door and garbage access. Host was responsive though and got us in right away.

The property is in town not the outskirts, only 3 blocks to the business district. Not sure why signing a Rental Agreement is a surprise , it states right in the Property Description, "Rental Agreement is Required" that it to protect us and the guests and our home. Also the Welcome Letter (Page 6) of the rental agreement has the code for the trash Dumpster so not sure why that was an issue.

We enjoyed this convenient location and quiet setting. The host was very helpful and communicated frequently due to road closers in Yellowstone National Park due to weather, which was very much appreciated. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The only negative was that the kitchen was small for a family of five but it was manageable.

Amazing Stay next to Yellowstone Park

This is our 3rd visit to Yellowstone, and our favorite accomodation thus far. The home was at a perfect location when visiting Yellowstone National Park. It had everything our family needed, and communication was excellent. Would def stay again for our next visit :-)

Beautiful wood-cabin townhome in a quiet area of West Yellowstone. About a mile or so from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park - extremely convenient. Beautiful furniture and very cozy home with 3 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Basement room has an attached full bathroom - a mother-in-law’s suite - and washer-dryer. Cozy living room and dining/kithen area. The rooms upstairs have a shared full bathroom (no master bedroom upstairs, but that was fine). There’s a nice backyard as well. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has most items (condiments, oil, etc.) required to cook your meals. Adequate cookware available as well. Garbage bags, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc., all available. Easy parking right in front to the suite. A quick 2-3 minute walk from all required groceries. Really convenient! I was there with my wife and dad, and all of us had a wonderful time there. Close to most attractions within the park as well. Great owner, considerate and flexible. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, host was gracious to check on us several times to make certain all was ok, unit was nicely furnished and very well kept. If we come back to West Yellowstone we certainly would enjoy staying here again.
