This property was amazing!Everything that we could possibly need was provided with the stay and it was very close to all of the excursions we wanted to do. If you are coming to New Orleans, this is hands down the place to stay with your group. We will definitely be back! Max is the greatest
The property was great! It was so spacious. I had my bridal party staying with me for the night leading up to and adter my wedding. Max was very easy to communicate with. He was also very accommodating for an additional date and pricing. Im very glad to have found this property. The two spot parking as well as street parking was very straightforward. The kitchen was well stocked as were the closets.I would highly recommend anyone coming into town to stay at this property!Thank you for everything!!
The house was very clean and comfy! Exactly as listed. We stayed here for a weekend for a cheer competition at the convention center, and would definitely book again. Felt very safe the entire time.
Incredible stay. Max was a great host. Super responsive from months before arrival to check in to check out. Great location with parking and easy access to public transportation. Great restaurants within walking distance. The home was beautiful. Very modern, clean, and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
This was the perfect property. The host was quick to answer any questions. It is in a great location. We were a group of 5 women, so the ensuite bathrooms were a plus. Would definitely stay again.

I was very excited for our stay in New Orleans. I messaged the host a few days before our reservation to inquire about early check- in. The host was very nice and let me know that he could accommodate that request. He messaged me the day of the reservation to let me know we could check- in around 10am which was amazing. When we arrived there was a foul order. We kind of passed it off as sewage. After a walk through we realized that the floors were filthy. The dishes were still in the dishwasher and some were still dirty. There were random dirty towels in each bedroom. My sheets had all different types of hair in them. The shower has hair in it. My guests has to use shower shoes. I messaged the host and all he did was apologize. On our 2nd to last day my husband happened to open the oven and that's when we discovered where the smell was coming from. The previous renters left s ton of food in the oven which bag not been cleaned. The smell was I unbearable. Again, I let the host know and he offered no solution. After reaching out directly the host refused to offer any sort of compensation. In was extremely disappointed. The only positive was the ac broke on day one but he sent someone to fix it immediately. Otherwise, terrible!
We stayed here for the LSU/Arkansas game. We met family and friends from three different states. The space was great in that no one had to share a bathroom! The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. Would stay here again for another LSU or Saints game!
As a frequent traveler and having been in the business for more than 30 years of short term rental properties which included condos, houses, and villas. For a luxury this home lacked a few things and needs several things. The location was great and very excisable to all activities and hot spots. With a little work and some small purchases this could be a luxury home.Kitchen: needs wine glasses, sharper knives, a cutting board, dish towels, pot holders, more drinking glasses and maybe a griddle or pan cakes, sausage, bacon, etc.The pot filler does not work properly. The water pressure is terrible in the kitchen, It drips out. The ice maker pits out an excess amount of ice which hits the floor when you open the door. The table and stools, are not fit for older people and belong more in a kids playroom or craft room.Baths: All need hooks for hanging towels, new sheets needed, towels are looking worn. There are no hair dryers at all. I purchased one at the Good will store and left it there for the next guests. Two of the bathtub stoppers did not work at all.Bedrooms:, All need hangers.Living area: For a home this large, there is limited seating in the living area. We were a party of 7 and could not all sit in the living room at one time. The coach is very stained and uncomfortable.
Great host clean and cozy place. We did have someone break into are truck the last night we were there. Unfortunately they stole a generator out of my truck and ruined my bed cover prying it up .
