Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Location was behind the main house of owner so if you are wanting privacy, this may not be the house for you. Overall a clean house and had all that we needed.
Perfect! Comfortable, super clean, everything you could possibly need, easy communication with owner. You'll need a car, it's in between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs, but very easy navigation, a Stop and Shop 5 minutes away. Private, very pretty garden, loved the screened in porch. Thank you!!
It was amazing. It had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Vert spacious and clean. Every appliance you could imagine. Communication was great and prompt. It's off the beaten path which was great when you come from New York.
This property was one of those rare finds where reality far exceeded the photographs. It was a fantastic escape and much more roomier that we expected. We had a fantastic time and had no problems with anything. Previous recommendations to use the air conditioner to drown out the roosters worked like a charm. They were only really loud one morning and only really an issue because our young son woke up at 5am and would not not go back to sleep. Once we instituted the air conditioner trick, we were all good.
Everything was great! Very clean, loved the decor! Everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Porch was lovely with comfortable seating. Living room had a great TV. We ate in a lot and had everything we needed..
Difficult to find. Glad we arrived before it got dark! Very peaceful. Hated to leave
The interior is charming. The place was exactly as advertised, which is rare; no surprises-- just right. Thoughtful features like dishes, full kitchen, all the items you could think to want-- from microwave and toaster oven, to keurig and coffee maker, proper fridge, to various utensils. Wifi. Nice screened in porch. Air conditioning works great. The place was clean. No complaints. Glad that this is where we chose to stay.
We stayed at the Guest House in Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard & we cannot say how clean & cozy the cottage was!! Thank you to the hosts, Rodrigo, Andrew & their entire family, they really made us feel at home & were close by in case you needed anything, which we did not! I mentioned when booking that it was our anniversary and when we arrived, there was an ice cold bottle of champagne with 2 glasses & a dozen of red roses in a vase waiting for us on the kitchen island!! That was extremely touching, we thank you!!!!
The cottage is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to Edgartown shops, restaurants & beaches. It was fully loaded with a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, stove, oven, refrigerator, walls of kitchen cabinets loaded with everything you would find at home, even a spice rack. Full sized bath, shower with plenty of towels. Living room with a large Samsung TV, comfortable couch, rocker & AC. Nice bedroom, 2 full dressers and a full sized closet with lots of hangers. A very nice furnished screened in porch & a big driveway to fit my Jeep! It was truly an enjoyable, comfortable vacation rental, and we certainly will be back!!
