Our historic Woodstock home is close to everything, but far enough away to be surrounded by trees, grass and peace & quiet. High ceilings, lots of Woodstock windows, stone fireplace, open kitchen and so many original details. We've loved this house for over 20 years. It's down the street from the Midnight Ramble, walking distance to town, close to the Big Deep, hiking, dining, skiing, music and more.

Our stay at this charming property was lovely. The property was packed with charm and offered the peace and relaxation we’d hoped for. The host offered helpful recommendations for restaurants and local entertainment and we had a really nice time.
The pictures do not do this place justice! This listing feels like living inside a museum and an art gallery. Beyond being comfortable, cozy, and fully stocked with supplies and toiletries, every room is filled with thoughtfully curated art, books, board games, knickknacks, and decor that make every inch of the home feel beautiful and intentional. My partner and I kept commenting on how stunning the space was throughout our stay.We also had an unfortunate accident involving our dogs, and Cheryl was incredibly gracious about it. Once we explained what had happened, she was very understanding and handled it with kindness. She brought it to our attention without asking for compensation, which speaks volumes about the type of host she is.
We absolutely love this place. There were chipmunks and bunnies and Deers. And RobinsIt is easy walking distance to everywhere in townVery cool funky house I highly recommend it
This was hands-down one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. The home was money, fully stocked, super clean and very interesting. The property is absolutely gorgeous and private. There was not one thing I would change about this beautiful farmhouse.
Perfect woodstock getaway, many thanks to Cheryl, the most thoughtful host! 2 min drive from town, but feels like you are nestled in the woods up the gravel drive among picturesque trees and birds all around. A cozy fireplace, great layout, warm bedrooms w/ comfortable mattresses & bedding, great water pressure & temperature. Good kitchen for cooking family meals! We have rented in Woodstock a number of times and this has been the best yet!
We had such a relaxing stay at Cheryl’s lovely and thoughtfully curated home! She is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed and more. We felt so at home and while there’s so much to do and see in the surrounding area, we had a hard time leaving such a warm and cozy spot.

Thank you! Hope you had a great time in Woodstock. You were the perfect guest. So polite and I barely noticed you were there. Absolutely the best!
Wonderful location and everything we hoped for. A clean, cozy home with amenities, in nature with access to the Main Street in Woodstock. Highly recommend!
The house is charming, quiet and suited our needs perfectly. The host left a list of restaurants and things to do that was very helpful, and was quick to respond to questions. House was spotless, beds were comfortable. Lots of board games and books. Drinking coffee outside in the morning was a delight. Hope to stay here again!
We loved the historic nature of the property. It is in a beautiful setting, just a short walk from downtown Woodstock. Cheryl was very responsive and helpful. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space!
We loved the location and the ease of getting in and out of this home. The overall vibe and charm was All Woodstock while maintaining a great comfort level. Cheryl left great ideas at the house and was available for all of our questions.
We were close to everything we were planning to do, and had the serenity of nature to enjoy. The quiet was pure joy. This wonderful home checked all the boxes.
