About this property

Mattinook, a home by the beach!

Mattinook is a newly renovated home in on the North Fork. There's a large backyard and patio for BBQs and lawn games. Just a 5-minute walk to the private beach on Peconic Bay, for exclusive use by our little street. We are also just a short walk from the grocery store, the famous Magic Fountain ice cream shop, and the cute little downtown on Love Lane.

Beyond our home there is so much to do on the North Fork, from vineyards, to orchards, to water sports, you're sure to have a wonderful time.

Great north fork escape and Family time!

We had an absolute perfect long week end in Sam's beautiful home. The house is in a great location,easily accessible,walk to beach 5 mins to love lane and close enough for dinner in south hold and greenport. The house was lovely as depicted and perfect for 2 families with kids. Hosts were welcoming and responsive.Highly recommed.

Mattinook review

We stayed in the Mattinook while attending a 4 day long family reunion that took place in Laurel and Mattituck. It was the perfect location for us, being just a few minutes from several family homes. More importantly, it had great bedrooms and showers and a fabulous kitchen. It was walking distance from both the beach and the Magic Fountain which was fun for my grandson. I hope we can stay there for next year's reunion.
