This is a million waterfront isting centrally located nearby mall, beach, River Casino, Norfolk Zoo and Norfolk & Portsmouth historical tour, Ocean Breeze Water Park and busch gardens. it has over 5500 square feet to accomodate large gathering 75 people and up: wedding, graduation, birthday, and anniversaries.

Listing ihas over 5,500 square feet of living space with 3 panaramic waterfront view of Elizabeth River, 7 bedrooms(with king, queen and twin size beds, 4 full bathrooms with jet jacuzzi and bathtub jet, 2 outdoor BBQ grills, 2 outdoor firepits, outdoor suana jet jacuzzi, huge outdoor deck with bench and seats, huge pier with bench and seats for crabbing and fishing.
