Venture to the lower level, and you'll discover an additional entertainment area with various amenities to keep everyone entertained, as well as one of our King Suites. Whether you're enjoying movie nights, engaging in friendly competitions, or simply relaxing with loved ones, this area offers a wealth of possibilities.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone in your group will have plenty of space and privacy. We offer three king suites with a total of 4 king beds as well as a large, spacious room including two twin over full bunks with trundles, a day bed with trundle, and a queen bed. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and plenty of storage for your belongings. Take advantage of our main level King suite that boasts its own passthrough fireplace! Indulge in peaceful reading moments within our cozy loft seating, all while taking in the grandeur of the outdoors through our floor-to-ceiling windows. The living areas are perfect for entertaining, with a large living room complete with a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and stunning, long range views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our property's majestic mountain views are sure to leave an indelible mark on your heart and soul. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space for cooking and enjoying meals together, celebrating holidays, waffles from our waffle bar, and plenty of seating for your large group. This spacious mountain home offers two game rooms with a pool table, arcade games, and other fun activities for the whole group. Kids of all ages will always be occupied with our many games, books, and playroom options!

Outside, you'll find large expansive decks, main level deck with a hot tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day of skiing, hiking, and waterfalls. This deck offers bar seating for optimal viewing as far as the eye can see and taking in the fresh mountain air! There's also a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit for cozy nights under the stars and s'mores! This is also the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee from our expansive coffee bar!

Our sauna room is a luxurious and relaxing retreat that's perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating after a long day. The room is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind! The room also features comfortable seating, where you can sit and relax while you enjoy the warmth of the sauna.
Our home is designed with intriguing twists and turns that invite you to explore and discover hidden nooks where you can escape, unwind, and relish moments of tranquility whenever you desire, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle when needed.
