Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very nice and maintained. Minutes from Spanish springs and lake Sumter. Nice upgrades in house. Vanity in closet for women is great. Property management company is great. Always answering any questions and responding promptly. Stove and kitchen are wonderful. No tv in master bedroom. Second bedroom is just a pull out couch. Pool area has mold on one side that needs to be addressed. But the pool itself with bathroom outside and outdoor shower is fantastic. Great privacy home with bushes lining the pool area to the golf course. We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first ever vacation rental. Down Home Properties were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very professional and extremely quick in getting back to me with any questions I had during our stay. Can't say enough about them. Look forward to working with them again.The rental was just as described and more. House was clean upon entering and everything worked as expected. Having the golf car was nice, even though we took our car most of the time. The Village app took sometime to get used to using it to get around but after 3 months it was good to go. We wish that this rental was available again as we would grab it in a second. We would defiantly recommend this rental.
