Our stay was nice and comfortable. Room for all guests. House well maintained. Only downside was the cooking ware needs to be updated to stainless steel. Our overall stay was great.

This was the perfect rental for a large gathering-we had 10 adults comfortably. The views from the top floor were spectacular-sunrises & green hills with the morning fog coming in and out!

This house is excellent! The upstairs has plenty of room to cook, enjoy meals together (while enjoying the beautiful view) and relax. Having all the bedrooms downstairs provides great privacy. Very comfortable and well-appointed. Don't miss out!

Unfortunately, the property didn’t quite meet our expectations based on the photos. The pictures made the home appear much nicer and more inviting than it felt in person. The overall atmosphere was very stark and institutional rather than warm or comfortable, and there was also a noticeable mildew smell during our stay.One of our biggest concerns was the bedding in the primary bedroom. The pillows had such a strong body-odor smell that we were not comfortable sleeping on them. We actually went to Costco during our stay and purchased brand-new pillows and pillowcases ourselves so that we could comfortably sleep at the property. This was especially disappointing, as clean and fresh bedding is something we consider a basic expectation when renting a home.We also felt the property could have been much better stocked for guests. For example, there were only two large towels provided in the primary bedroom, along with limited basic amenities throughout the house.

We do our best to provide photos that will show the house accurately. There is a lot of moisture in the air in our area so homes can get a little damp/musty smelling if they have been closed up. We are also sorry to hear about the pillows, our cleaning team does launder all of the sheets and towels, and we do replace pillows often, so we will be sure to go take a look at those. Sisters trip was great!

All five of us had our own room and bathroom. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

We had a great time. Perfect space for all of our family. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Enjoyed the parade, Pinedorado and hanging out with family at their ranch. Beautiful weather for fun at the beach too!

We loved our stay here in Cambria at this wonderful home. There was no issues with anything as it is very organized and we really had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the different sitting areas inside and out, it was the perfect space for our sister’s reunion. There is so much to do and see here, we hope to return to Cambria and this lovely home! The Cambria nursery was a favorite!

This was a perfect home away from home for my birthday with friends and daughter! Day trips to Sycamore hot springs, and Hearst Castle. Lovely views of the hills in Cambria. Well stocked, and comfy beds. It was perfect!

Our women's group loved this property, the kitchen was well equipped and we all appreciated that 4 of the 5 bedrooms were en-suite. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are lovely.

Lovely large home that accommodated our large group well. We especially enjoyed the game room and dining area to enjoy our holiday trip. Clear communication and expectations eliminated the guess and stress of guesting a home.

What a great house!

The house was perfect for our college roommate reunion! Four of us so the 5 bedroom house, 4 of them with attached bathrooms was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped, there was tons of space…lots of places to hang out which would be perfect for families with kids. We enjoyed every minute of our stay both out and about the area, but just hanging at the house as well. We highly recommend this house!

A home to stay so all the family could be together for our son's wedding in Harmony.

It was comfortable. Though next time not have a home with stairs. It was hard on my husband to climb. But we couldn't resist the fact we all had our own bathrooms!

Clean, Spacious with a great location

We had 2 families, 9 people in total, in our group and the house was plenty spacious. The house is very clean and has all the basics to get you through your stay. We really enjoyed the views of the cows on the hillside in the morning, the house has TONS of windows and a great view. Location wise this is perfect. You are less than 20 minutes from Hearst Castle, you aren’t in the busy area of town and the grocery store is less than 5 miles away.

We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. However we weren’t getting an internet connection so I sent a message to report that. I received a prompt reply and shortly thereafter received instructions on how to get connected. It worked and was fine afterwards. Shopped and ate downtown. Loved the house and area.

This home was the perfect location for our family to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. There is plenty of space - almost too much room because the house is large and laid out very well, optimizing every sq. inch. We had never been to Cambria before, and therefore knew nothing about the restaurants or where to find some of the elements for our gathering. The management person I spoke with prior to our arrival was of great help to us by providing some options. I will definitely try to book this home again upon our future return.

Cambria Gem

Our two night stay at your house was the best. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next trip we make back to Cambria, we will definitely rent this house. Everything about it was just perfect. The HUGE plus was the fact that almost every room had a full bathroom in it. This made our getting ready for our day so much smother, wish I could say the same about the weather. We got to really enjoy this house as a family. Loved the round dinner table as we played a lot of table games at night.
