Step inside The Beach House and exhale — the ocean stretches before you through floor-to-ceiling windows, and every space feels designed to slow you down. Recently renovated from top to bottom, the home includes heating and AC, motorized blinds, and brand-new bathrooms with heated floors.

The open layout draws the coastline indoors, flooding the living area with light and sea views.

Down a long private hall, the primary suite offers a king bed, workspace, and generous en-suite with double vanities, large closet, and heated floors.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, ocean view, and private bath. Bedroom three also features a queen bed and attached bath - a quieter corner, perfect for kids to turn in early.

The fourth sleeping area converts from part of the main living space, enclosed with sliding doors for visual privacy. It includes a sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or teens.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to all the amenities that Cayucos has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It is also a short drive to Morro Bay, Cambria and San Luis Obispo. We have also taken our family to Santa Margarita for ziplining, Atascadero for the zoo and so much more!

Amazing Oceanfront House

The house is absolutely amazing, and the view is incredible. Stayed here with four adults, and spent the majority of the time either in the backyard or looking out through the wall of windows out onto the ocean. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the recent renovations were all very nice. The bedrooms were all good sizes. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Looking forward to booking another stay here!!

This house is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect: stunning ocean views through a full wall of windows, in a quiet beach town. So relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and patio. The hosts were very responsive when we had a small issue. We would definitely return!

This home is incredible. The home is very comfortable with great beach access and incredible views. The home has been totally remodeled and is fully equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and your walking distance to downtown Cayucos. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We enjoyed it so much we immediately booked it again later in the summer.

Great Sibling Reunion

This house is in the perfect location to enjoy the fabulous views and to enjoy all the quaint charms of Cayucos. Our family built and owned a house on Studio Drive for almost 60 years so I was happy to find this home for a reunion of our 5 siblings. We cooked, played games, did art projects, and walked the beach. The home was clean, remodeled for all of the conveniences, and very comfortable for a group. It is also very well stocked with extra sheets, towels, etc. Wonderful place to stay!

The home is beautiful and very relaxing. The views of the ocean are amazing with all the windows.

The welcome packet is very informative and makes it easy to understand how to work various features in the home. The grounds around the property are well maintained. All of the updated appliances are user friendly. So many lovely features to this home, not to mention the amazing views from all angles of the ocean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home right next to the ocean.

This place is wonderful! The view is magnificent. When you walk into the house, you are hit with a 180-degree picture of the Pacific Ocean from Morro Bay in the south to a little north of Cayucos. The location is great. It’s a five-minute walk from the front door to downtown Cayucos where there is an array of bakeries, restaurants, and coffee houses. And from the backyard, you can go down a stairway and be on the beach for a walk along the shore to watch the sunset and collect driftwood (be sure to check their tide book so you don’t get trapped at high tide). Finally, the entire property is clean and well maintained, and the kitchen is stocked with most pots, pans, and utensils you will need.

Amazing beach house for family get together!

My family, my brothers family and my aunt all stayed here for Thanksgiving. What a beautiful house and unbeatable location. Private stairs to the beach, sweeping beach/ocean/coast views from almost every room. And an incredible mid-century modern house recently updated throughout with great amenities and decor. Only small complaint was a bunch of bugs on our first 2 days, but it seemed to be weather related, and the host was SO responsive and they are already on top of fixing the issue. While it is only 3 bedrooms, the pullout bed and movable screens allow for an almost complete 4th bedroom (it is a private space but no acoustical separation from the adjacent living room) and there are 4 bathrooms with one easily accessed right off this 4th nearly separate bedroom. Easily walkable to restaurants, a small market, and playgrounds… although didn’t really need that with private beach access and a nice kitchen! Would love to come back here again!
