Absolutely gorgeous view. The room was spacious and a beautiful space. We were able to cook, play games and enjoy a terrific family vacation. Will be back! Seagrove Place staff was friendly and the complex is beautiful. I really enjoyed my morning walks and runs. Nice walking path. Rented the bikes that are on site. I could go on and on.

We were pleased with everything about the property. The location we love that the guest bedroom was attached to a bathroom. The staff at the facility was welcoming and helpful. We are hopeful we can stay at the exact same property in the future as we come to Santa Rosa Beach on a regular basis

Easy retreat!

So nice to have easy access to the beach just an elevator ride away! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The unit has a coffee pot and a blender, and it was stocked with enough kitchen and bathroom items to last our three night stay (three adults). We rented beach umbrellas and chairs, which were fairly easy to set up ourselves. Great location near recommended restaurants and shopping. Plus, the twelfth floor offers a gorgeous view of the beach and clear emerald water below.

This is our 6th year at One Seagrove Place. This unit was nice. There are a lot of similarities and some small differences, some of which is personal taste. The decor was attractive and family friendly. Views awesome. Loved having a kuerig. There were no chairs at the kitchen bar making it difficult for a family of 6 to eat. Most have them. Perhaps a little less cookware. Twins beds in second bedroom which is fine and common. Could use some heavier blankets as we do use sofa sleeper. Only one blow dryer which is unusual with two bathrooms but we requested a second one and it was delivered promptly. The biggest challenge was the refrigerator didn’t work properly. We discovered that pretty quick after moving in. We couldn’t make a grocery run night of arrival because would have lost all food. By 10 am we had a replacement fridge and could go to grocery but it cost us first day beach time and we lived with 2 refrigerators all week, taking dining floor space. The biggest challenge was not due to fault of management. We were there when Tropical Storm Bertha came through so instead of 6 beach days we had 3.5. Pool also closed but the excuse was the beach chairs might blow around and we felt they could have been easily secured so people could use the pool if ocean off limits. Hard to find things to do in beach town with no beach. It’s a lovely place and we still enjoyed our time there. Will be back!

One Seagrove Place

Everything was great, except we were unable to open the sliding door in the living room because it was broken. We had to access the patio through the master bedroom. Otherwise, the unit was very nice.

Fun at the beach!

Great place to stay - very comfortable. Cleaning could have been improved. There was dirty silverware in the drawer and the couch had some crumbs. Just so the owner is aware, I reported a leak in the master bathroom - I think it is the seal for the toilet. There was always a little bit of water by the toilet shortly after I would wipe it up. Also the toilet would run every so often at night. The rubber stopper needs to be replaced or maybe the entire mechanism. I would definitely come back. These are issues that are easily remedied. The view is awesome. Great spot for a vacation!
