We leave you it to it. The entire check-in/out process is completely automated and digital. But, if you need us, just send a message through the app and we'll get right on it.
Active part of town that is very safe and in the middle of Downtown Savannah, yet quiet at night. We are right on a stop for most of the tour buses and DOT buses, and the unit is walkable to everything in the city.
Best by foot or bike.
PARKING:
There is no designated parking for the Mirabelle building, but you can often find a free spot south of the closest square. Just a minute or two walk away. Otherwise, it's metered (nights after 5pm and Weekends are free but look for street sweeping schedule)
We highly recommend you download the Park Savannah app to pay. Makes it much more convenient.
There is a parking garage on State Street.
Lastly, the city has visitor parking passes. Visitor Parking Passes are $15.00 (1 day) and $24.00 (2 day). The Visitor DAYPASS is available at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan Street BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call ahead.
-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can't be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.
-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.
-We cannot accommodate late check-outs and need you to please observe the designated check-out time (10 AM). This is a large property, and the place must be cleaned and readied for the next guest, and our cleaners work on very tight schedules.
-We cannot accommodate early check-ins for the same reason. If you need a place to store your bag before your designated check-in time of (3 PM), you can drop your bags off in the room any time after (12 PM)
-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.
-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Would you please leave the premises if you need to smoke? Savannah is beautiful to walk around.
- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.
- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.
Thank you in advance for complying with the house rules. I look forward to hosting you!
