The hosts provided very clear instructions to access their property, anticipating all of our questions. They provided helpful restaurant and tourist recommendations for the area. We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed lounging by the pool when the beaches were too windy. This condo is adorable, clean, and has very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Simons! The condo is lovely, clean, and located in a beautiful spot. What truly made our stay standout was the hosts—they are incredibly responsive, attentive, and so easy to work with. Whenever we had a question, they were right there to help us out immediately.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this host and property to anyone visiting the area!

This property and it's host was a real spoiler! Everything in the condo looked just as pictured. No details were left out, to assure our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable! The location can't be beat as well. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could - we will DEFINITELY be back.Jim and Lee are the best hosts ever!

The Peaceful Tides condo is absolutely beautiful. Perfectly located just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants downtown. This condo is so beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Decor makes you feel like you’re at the beach yet cozy enough to feel at home. They have it fully stocked with everything you need. We definitely will return and highly recommend Peaceful Tides to everyone.

This was our first time to St. Simons. Before we checked in, our host sent us a list of options for dining, entertainment, site seeing, etc. We used this list the entire stay. We were never disappointed with the selections he provided. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had adequate utensils and supplies for what we needed. We appreciated the selection of seating throughout the condo: multiple recliners, sofas and chairs. My favorite spot was the sunroom. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had modern upgrades. The neighborhood was clean and we enjoyed the ponds, fountains and pool. My daughter loved scouting for lizards on the sidewalks. We loved to location of this condo being so close to the pier, shopping and food. Throughout the week, the host was responsive to our needs (which were minimal).

This condo was absolutely beautiful, a short walk from the beach, very clean, full of everything we needed for our stay, plus more! Jim and Lee are amazing hosts, answering all of my questions quickly and providing more than enough information so that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. We had the best weekend at St. Simon's and I could not recommend this condo and Jim and Lee more. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this condo. It's absolutely perfect......especially for 2 couples. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, it's well equipped, and in a walkable area. We walked to a different restaurant each of the 3 evenings we were there. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.

My daughter and I had a relaxing stay at Peacefull Tides for 3 nights. We were quite happy with the condo. It was fully stocked with amenities. The location was nice and quiet and was conveniently located near the Pier Village for shopping and dining. We look forward returning to St. Simons in the future and hope to book the condo again for future stays.

My friends and I could not have been happier with the accommodation. It was just the right size and decorated beautifully. The unit had everything you could need and excellent appointments. Easy walking distance to the Pier Village and surrounding areas. The hosts even had a helpful tip list and we used it for everywhere we ate and were not disappointed. This is a great property.
