The Mahana at Kaanapali is an OCEANFRONT resort located on the NORTH BEACH section of the famous Kaanapali Beach on West Maui. We are located just north of Duke's restaurant and several miles from the recent Lahaina fire. Our resort had no damage as a result of the Lahaina fire.
Mahana Unit 1217 is a privately-owned oceanfront condominium available for vacation rental directly from the owner at reduced rates. Mahana 1217 is approved by Maui county as a legal vacation rental. Mahana 1217 is located on the top (12th) floor with one bedroom and one bathroom. Mahana 1217 in the south (Lanai) building of The Mahana resort. This luxury oceanfront condo has all the amenities to make your Maui vacation a memorable experience. We are in full compliance with COVID-19 cleaning procedures.
We also own a ONE Bedroom/TWO Bath Mahana condo (Mahana 1205) listed under VRBO #1388528. Also, visit our rentals at StayOnMaui.

We came to Maui for our 25th anniversary and loved everything about our stay here! The views are absolutely gorgeous from the condo - we saw whales, sea turtles and rainbows right from our balcony. The location was super convenient - there were many restaurants within walking distance (including an incredible food truck court), and we walked down the beach to snorkeling spots and more. The condo was very nice and well-stocked, just as described.

We love this condo! This is our 3rd time at Mahana but first time in 1217. We will for sure book again. It was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Spices too! Even an air fryer. The best thing is the view. Whale watching for hours with the two sets of binoculars. Can’t wait to come back.

Aston Mahana - Kaanapali

You have to know the location of the Aston Mahana if you have never stayed on Maui or in Kaanapali and you decide to make it your vacation home. This trip we stayed in Unit 1217 and it was perfect. Clean, every appliance you could want. And the view is just unbelievable. If you’re staying here you need to understand that you are not staying in or close to the airport, Wailea or Kihei. It will take you close to an hour to get here from the airport and the same goes if you are trying to get to Wailea or Kihei while staying here. It is however convenient to several really great food, golf courses, whale watching and water companies. Parking is crowded, but spots are always available. The host and staf are easy to reach and very responsive. So go and just find a way to relax, in, on and near the water.

Enjoyed our stay in this very nice condo!

We are just finishing up a 9 night stay in 1017 and we've been really happy with the condo.. It's very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beautiful accent pieces. The bed is especially comfortable. The condo is well-equipped, very clean and well-maintained, with everything in good working order. We enjoy having meals on the lanai, and the kitchen is well stocked with good cookware, dishes, small appliances and kitchen gadgets for preparing just about any meal. The BBQ area is excellent and the tables there are nice for having meals at as well. Although the beach out front isn't swimmable due to shallow rocks close to shore, there's easy ocean access at the south end of the complex for both swimming and snorkelling. Snorkelling out front is excellent (about 200 ft. out from the shore) and there's also very good snorkelling close to shore about a 10 minute walk south along the beach. Many thanks to the owners of this lovely condo for sharing it; they were great to work with and we would gladly stay here again, and would recommend it to others.
