The Boathouse is a junior one bedroom is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Sonoma or the Golden Gate Bridge. It is just a short drive to all the conveniences of downtown Novato - restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The peaceful view looking out on the marshes along the Petaluma River provides a restful spot after your Bay Area explorations.

Notes for your consideration:
~ There are a significant number of stairs to get to the cottage - about 2 stories worth.
~ The Boathouse shares a yard space with our family. We will offer you space during your stay, but ask that you are respectful with our property.
~ The Boathouse is located in a quiet, family area. Please be courteous with noise levels.
~ We are located close to hwy 37 and there is traffic noise in the background, especially when the wind is blowing in the direction of the Boathouse.
