Only 15 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge to the rental in San Rafael. HOT PRIVATE HOT TUB (not shared), HOT ROCK SAUNA, JACUZZI, PETS OKAY. $60 Pet Fee. Several shopping centers and restaurants are within walking distance.
Abusive hygienic use of the hot tub resulting in a drain, clean and refill; A $75 fee will be charged.
2 person maximum at all times, including guests.
Check-out is at 10 AM and check-in is 3 PM. No early check-in or late check-out. Thanks.
The age limit minimum is 25 for the primary renter.
Attached studio apartment with private entry. Totally separate. There are no carpets, but clean ceramic tile floors with a sky-lite and ceiling fan above the bed. An ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, non-heating with 3 different colored flame choices. Pets allowed $35 fee; ( please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site). Shedding dogs must be keep brushed Uncontrolled barking not allowed as well. If you go out and leave your dog alone please don't leave your dog alone the first night. Please pick up dog poop in the fenced yard. We do have a small fenced-in yard. .
You have your own private entrance. One queen bed. Full bathroom with jetted tub. Your own private hot tub, hot rock sauna, and small patio garden area. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Full kitchen with stove top and oven, double-sided refrigerator, convection microwave oven, utensils, cookware, and more. Barbecue lovers - gas grill is provided. This studio is attached to a primary structure and is totally private and separate, with its own entrance and private patio with outdoor dining area.


Neighborhood restaurants are a few blocks away (a couple just a walking distance).

This unique place is located in the northern part of Marin County, with easy access to Hwy 101 and many places that San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. Our local farmers market is nearby, open every Thursday and Sunday.

Restaurants are within one to 2 blocks away. A block away from a major supermarket.

Place was very clean, bed was comfortable and was in quiet residential neighborhood convenient to people I was visiting. Studio bedroom was dominated by two very large black vinyl massage or pedicure recliners and a PacMan game table, in place of normal furniture. Three coffee makers in kitchen but not a single coffee pod or small amount of coffee for a first morning’s cup of coffee, no welcome container like that which I’d expected. Instructions for the sauna were glued to the wall inside it and in small type too difficult to read to figure out if it was worth trying so I didn’t. Neighbors’ small dog barked each time I entered and left so I would not recommend bringing a dog there. Two dogs likely would bark at each other through the fence dividing the front yards, and the actual yard space where the hottub and other outdoor features are located was very small. Property manager had many rules and communication was only by generic email or one phone conversation required before arrival. He was clear in repeating rules, wouldn’t say friendly.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a work trip with my 2 dogs. It was a happy, cozy spot for the 3 of us. The internet was fast enough for me to manage zoom calls easily. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and I was able to cook easily. The neighborhood was really peaceful and the dogs and I had some lovely walks.

Such a beautiful private property, amenities were amazing and such a smooth process for check-in and check-out. The room definitely could’ve been cleaner, especially the kitchen and bathroom, but nothing major. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and anticipate coming back soon!

The home was clean and as advertised. Getting into the house was difficult as the directions weren't clear and it was hard to get ahold of the property manager, but there was a glitch with the phone line. Once that was resolved, he was able to help get us into the property and the rest of the time was great. Clean and cute.

I always answer ALL calls. There was a glitch with the renter's phone; not mine. The instructions that was sent to the renter was very detailed but the renter failed to read the instructions.

Great little spot!

This is a cute/romantic little place that sleeps 2 comfortably. We loved the jacuzzi & sauna, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Lots of nice plants on the back patio, with a table and bench. Theres a beautiful tree growing over the house in the backyard and you can see through the skylight over the bed.This place was a steal for under 400 for two nights in our opinion. Has its expected flaws like a bathroom fan that badly needs replacing, but at the price we were very happy with the amenities!

The rental is centrally located. We went to Mill Valley, Sausalito, Muir Woods. No destination was over 30 minutes.The room is clean. The bed comfortable. We come to this area several times a year. We will stay here as often as possible.
