This splendid, two-story townhouse is a brand-new construction and decorated to have a nautical feel that makes you feel like you are on vacation. One of the reasons this home away from home is special and not like others is the fantastic view of the clubhouse lake, which is absolutely amazing! The sun sets over it, so don't miss it! Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a sunny and bright open floor plan. Wind down in the welcoming living area, furnished with cozy sofas in front of a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is just steps away and has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The garage space has a smart TV, a foosball table, and a beverage fridge, offering a great hidden spot that will keep you entertained during your stay.

The primary suite is on the main floor and features a smart TV and an en suite bath with a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs. The bunk bedroom has a beautiful sea captain theme with a trundle pull out bed.

You have access to three pools on the property, one of which is steps away. The house is located directly across from the pool. The beach shuttle is also steps away, so if you choose not to drive you can! The towns of Millvill, Oceanview and Bethany Beach are all a quick 5-10 minutes away and there are plenty of dining experiences available. We also often go to Fenwick and Ocean City!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was great. There were plenty of places to walk our dog in the mornings. The property was in a great location. We really enjoyed ourselves and Chris was excellent about answering questions and providing details about the area.

This was an amazing location and all around experience. Chris answered all our questions very quickly and we had no issues while we were there. The community is wonderful and the three options for pools was great with a Toddler. Proximity to Bethany beach and access to the shuttle made this place a great find. My family agrees that we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for the family

The house was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed! We loved the pool - perfect for kids - and the quiet streets for bike rides and walking in the evening. Easy trip to the beach and all the fun surrounding it. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

The property was comfortable for our family. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating! Quiet neighborhood, very close to the pool and pickleball courts( walking distance). Our family enjoyed their time there.

Great family vacation

We had a great stay at Chris and Jen’s home! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and was stocked with kitchen essentials. We especially liked the fact that linens were included and that baby equipment (pack n play, booster seat) was available for us to use. The neighborhood was also very quiet and had great amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Quiet home with great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris and Jen's condo in Millville By the Sea. We enjoyed mornings and evenings out back by the lake and took advantage of the great pool clubhouse, and gym. The drive to the beach is about 15-20 minutes and we found parking on the side streets by the boardwalk everyday except for the 4th of July. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge in the garage was appreciated. The condo also has beach chairs and an umbrella which we used. The kids took the shuttle to the boardwalk one of the days of our stay. It was a longer ride than they anticipated because of all the stops it has to make throughout the expansive development. Chris was excellent with communication and we would recommend this condo to other families.
