trash not emptied when we got there. kitchen under the cabinet light flickered. check out instructions not delivered on a timely basis. luckily i checked my email before leaving. did know all the clean up that we had to do. should let renters know what check out cleanup is required before check in. kinda thought i had a view of waterway, but did not. overall it was just okay.
