Welcome to your own little oasis! Walk down to the water or to historic Dearborn street!
This studio has all you need to relax and enjoy your time. Walk out onto your large attached deck and follow the steps around the back to your own private deck! Lay out and enjoy the sunshine, swing with your loved one on the swing, or have some alone time in your hammock and watch the sunset!
Located in the middle of it all but still the calm and quiet you want!
Beaches 5 mins!

This tiny home is designed to be small but extremely utilitarian. Includes a large queen bed with a top rated memory foam mattress. Below the bed, you will find two large storage rollouts for your clothes or other personal items. The headboard has a shelf to charge your electronic devices or for books and other things.
Compact and easy to use kitchen with roomy fridge and freezer combo, deep stainless steel sink, and large four burner induction cook top all mounted on a solid quartz countertops!
The living room has a large Roku TV mounted on the wall that swivels to your desired location, wall mounted entertainment center with plenty of storage and included games!
The bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower, pedestal sink with large mirror, and plenty of lighting!
Take off for a walk to Historic Dearborn St. Watch sunset from the dock at Indian Mound Park overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Gulf!

Cozy and Quier

We popped in the area and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. This was a great spot for just my husband and I. Quiet neighborhood to walk to places and we ate at some really great places too. The beaches are a short drive. We don’t find one close enough to walk to.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Booked this cottage for a quick besties getaway. Very close to both Dearborn Street and beaches, but in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Extremely clean and cozy. We happened to be staying during a cold snap and the owners brought us an electric fireplace to help us stay warm - extremely kind and unexpected. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Relaxing Cottage Vacation
