I moved to this house 12 years ago. Our 2 children split their time between this house and their mom's house but they are both living on their own now. I'm retired and would like to travel more. I hope to rent the house while I'm away for extended periods. It would be my first time as a landlord.

Why they chose this property

This truly is a great neighborhood. There are lots of beautiful places to walk or drive. Everything you could ever want is here or nearby, except for warm winters. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is virtually crime free.

What makes this property unique

My property doesn't stand out if you're looking at it from the street. Once you are inside it looks and feels homey, comfortable and clean.
