- $60 fee ~~due a week prior to arrival~~ (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage) is due to complete registration.
- Second vehicle pass for the MAIN garage may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles considered outside peak season.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

We stay in the Calypso every time we go to PCB. Love it! The tiki bar and emerald coast pub are a bonus. Huge pools and easy walk to pier park.

The condo looked just like it was advertised. Everything was perfect and the staff managing this room were so wonderful. They answered any questions quickly and helped whenever they could. The view was spectacular and we have no complaints and hope to go back very soon!

Best girls beach trip!

Upon arrival to the condo we were greeted with the exact view that was pictured! The condo was spacious and clean and perfect for a weekend away with friends! The balcony was our favorite place for coffee in the mornings! Walking distance to great places to eat like Shuckums and Margaritaville were an added bonus! Can’t wait to book again!

Great Extended Weekend!

This was our first time ever staying at Calypso Resort and we loved it! It is by far the best place we have stayed in the last 10 years. The location, amentities, and condo were all amazing. The condo was better than the pictures.The elevators are fast, the resort is easy to get around, and it is very clean. The condo had everything we needed and more. PBC made the process even better. Communication was excellent. They responded quickly with a question I had and we worked out a solution immediately. We have already said we would be staying here again.

Perfect week at the beach

I stayed for the week with my 3 kids and the condo could not have been more perfect. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The house was completely as advertised and had everything we needed and more. Check in and checkout were a breeze and the hosts were very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great service

We had such an amazing time staying at calypso resort towers, we are thinking about making it an annual trip! The hosts are very responsive and helpful, the unit was clean and beautiful, and the beach chair service was excellent! Great location in walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do. Amazing Condo

Great condo, Fantastic views and great location.

Property is as described. The beach views are amazing and the 4 beach chairs that were included were a huge selling point for us. They were set up each day of our stay. Room temperature was very cool and comfortable. Room was bigger than the pictures looked in my opinion. Plenty of room here. Cant beat the location. Easy walk to Pier Park and a very quick drive to Walmart to stock up on items. I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone going to PCB.

Great condo-great location

The condo was very clean, exactly as pictured online and had everything we needed. In addition, the condo complex was great, in a fantastic location, and very clean. Check in-check out was super easy. In addition, the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas we got with the unit was a big plus. Also, communication was very easy and questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was exactly what it said. Condo was clean and well furnished. The property management continued to contact and make sure everything was good. The Calypso itself was very nice. Staff was very attentive. The grounds and building were cleaned throughout the day. It was great seeing the security checking the property. We will return.

Location! Location!! Location!!!

If you are looking for a place to stay where you don’t need a car- this is it! Just a short walk in either direction you will have many delicious restaurants/bars to choice from and plenty of shopping!
