In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 5, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This fourth-floor Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a fabulous Windswept Villa offering two bedrooms, ocean views, and easy beach access.

The main living space features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, which opens to the covered deck. The kitchen offers custom cabinetry, beautiful granite countertops and backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar seats four and the dining table seats four. The living area features a large sofa, two cozy side chairs, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The oceanfront covered deck with Adirondack chairs is accessible from the living area. The oceanview primary suite offers a king bed, comfortable side chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double vanities and a luxury tiled shower with rain head. The second bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, leather chair and ottoman, and private bathroom with double sinks, extra vanity area, and bathtub/shower combination.

Renovation details include: walnut hardwood floors; shiplap siding in the foyer, dining, and living area; custom trim throughout; custom cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms; Bosch appliances; living room media center with HDTV and plug-ins for game and music devices; custom window treatments; and brand new furnishings.

The villa is conveniently located near the building’s elevator and beach access point.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Spring Break in Kiawah

Perfect Location

Beautifully decorated and definitely comfortable for a week of golf/beach/coffee on the balcony! Loved the location and was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The fantastic week of weather may have something to do with it, but we would absolutely stay here again!

This property was excellent. Spent the week to celebrate our birthdays. View was outstanding. Property very clean and well maintained. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Walk to the beach or set on deck for great ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in or eating take out. Will stay here again. However, couch is so worn and uncomfortable between the four adults in the unit we all would have rather sat in the floor- too bad. The queen bed in the quest room also not so comfortable for another couple- for kids it's fine. Love the built in storage in living area and of course views were amazing!!

Quick Trip for 3 Night Stay

Excellent Oceanfront property! Beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and beds ready to sleep in which was awesome! Enjoyed coffee on the deck, walks on the beach and riding bikes exploring the island. Would definitely rent this place again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice. I was disappointed that the ice maker didn’t work when we arrived, but it was fixed quickly. Another disappointment was finding people in the condo when we came in from the beach at noon. It seems rude and inconsiderate that someone would be inside without advance notice to us. My guess is that Akersellis was a top notch company in the past, but has become complacent. Their relationship with VayK also damages their reputation because of the poor quality equipment and service by VayK.

We do certainly apologize that you may have been startled by our maintenance technician being in the home. However, as you stated and from our records, the ice maker was reported as not functioning. Upon your discussion with our rental coordinator and as advised at that time, a work order was entered so someone could go to the home to repair the icemaker. We are also sorry to hear of any issues experienced with our partners at VayKGear. We would be more than happy to notify them of any negative service or equipment issues if you would like to contact us to elaborate a bit further so we may do so with more detail. We do strive across the board to provide our guests with an exceptional experience both through our service and our properties, but seem to have missed the mark here.

Overall the villa was lovely, Bathrooms looked to have been recently renovated and the location was perfect. Only suggestion would be to replace washing machine as it was moldy and would sporadically stop working mid wash. We have always had good experiences with renting through Akers Ellis and have already booked our return visit for July!
