We’re genuinely sorry this stay started off on the wrong foot. Traveling with family is already a lot, so we understand how frustrating the check-in issues must have felt. We did our best to help in real time once concerns were brought to us, and some of the items mentioned in the review were either addressed during the stay or were not reported to us while you were in the home. That said, we’re not brushing off your experience. We’re already taking a closer look at the items that need attention, including the pool lighting, pest control schedule, and grill condition.
