Multi-level Condo w/ 2 Private Balconies w/ Mountain Views & 2 Shared HotTubs

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with a king bed, a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, queen Murphy bed, and 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. It features vaulted ceilings and the spacious balcony offers beautiful views of Keystone Ski Resort. Upgrades throughout, including granite countertops and an updated kitchen. Hidden River Lodge offers shared amenities including a large outdoor deck with seating and two hot tubs offering gorgeous slope views. Plus the Mountain House Base area and Peru Express lift is only about a 5 minute walk away!

The spacious living area features a Smart TV, comfortable mountain furniture, and even a boot drying rack. Curl up after a day of mountain fun to watch your favorite show and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. The comfortable couch pulls out into a queen-sized sofa sleeper. There is an additional queen Murphy bed located in the living area. Extra linens for the sofa bed and Murphy bed are in a closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of games and books for your enjoyment. Just off living area is one of two private balconies, offering fresh mountain air, mountain views, and plenty of seating.

The full-sized kitchen features granite countertops and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining room table comfortably seats eight people, while the breakfast bar seats four. There is a dry bar in the living room with additional seating for six. The first of three full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a large private balcony with seating. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Upstairs, there is an additional guest bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedroom provides two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, and the bathroom features a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower bath combination.

This property offered a great mountain escape with in walking distance of the bunny slopes and Peru express lift. There were plenty of utensils to cook with in the kitchen and the place was nice and clean.

With 4 adults and 3 kids, it was nice the adults could have the downstairs bedrooms while the kids were in the bunk-room. We cooked each morning and night, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking items. We appreciated the amount of dishes provided. Pantry space was tricky, but the bar served as a good storage area for food. We enjoyed the convenience of a short walk to and from the slopes. This was our 3rd trip to the area in a year and we definitely would stay at this Hidden River condo again.

Beautiful view

The managing company was wonderful, the problem was with the nasty, crabby neighbors. We weren’t there for 10 minutes before he was knocking on the door and crabbing about the children. I liked the place, but it was so stressful having neighbors like that. Also, 2 Bedrooms Faced Highway 6, which made it very, very noisy

The hallways stunk of smoke, the internet did not work one time and I called several times to get it fixed and nothing happened. The sheets were AWFUL, itchy and cheap made it impossible to sleep. All the furniture when we sat down felt like was going to fall apart. The residents there were rude and HATED that we had our children with us and there, left rude notes on door. Will not recommend or stay here. We actually left early bc of it.

Ladies Retreat

Each year my friends and family (all female) get together in a different location, resort, city, state, etc. We do this to catch up with each other's lives, meet new friends and discover happenings in the new location to add to our yearly experiences. There's much laughter and with splitting the cost to have us all in one home, is so economical, not to mention, a lot of fun. The home was clean and comfortable, both furniture-wise, and temperature. I was a bit concerned that there was no air conditioning, but with the windows open on both ends of the house, we didn't need it, nor the fan. Although we did need the fan upstairs for sleeping, it got a bit warm. I called the owner the 2nd day we were there and asked to have the fan replaced and they swapped it out within the hour. Got a couple texts from the owner, after we arrived and before leaving, just to remind us of what and how we needed to check in and out and to be sure we knew they were there if we needed them. I would go back here in a heartbeat! I know I can speak for all the ladies that joined me and say this was a wonderful vacation and staying in this home was a big part of that successful Ladies retreat!

Great location for easy access to slopes

This was a great rental for a big group. We had 10 people total and it never felt cramped. Plenty of space for everyone with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Walking distance to Mountain House area so no shuttle is needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking needs. Parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage under the building and one outside. Garage parking is pretty tight with low clearance. Now with the not so great things. The room is right next to the elevator, so you can pretty much hear the elevator from any room you are in each time it's used, especially in the master bedroom. It isn't terrible, and if you run one of the fans that are available you won't hear it, but it is noticeable. The next issue is with towels and wash clothes. We stayed for 5 days. There was enough towels for everyone to have one, but that was about it. When your trying to figure out how you can get everyone in and out of the hot tub with a lack of towels, it's a bit frustrating. We also had only 3-4 trash bags for the entire stay so we had to buy some. I would've expected more, but not a big deal. There is also no deadbolt for the door. Access is by keycode on the doorknob, and the door has to really be pushed or it will pop open. Be sure to check each time it closes. They should fix that. Overall, this was a great rental, and I'd stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a great ski rental. Very nicely set up. Enjoy your stay!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
