9 Wines

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 9 Wines is a beautiful property, exactly as described. We were a group of 16, 8 adults and 8 kids(ages 2-17). Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the bunk room, as well as the swim spa and hot tub. We cooked all meals in and the kitchen is very well appointed. Honestly, it could not have been better.

In addition to being a clean and feature-rich property, there were clear and helpful instructions concerning how to operate the fire pit, the fireplace, etc. There was one minor inconvenience in that the ice maker in the freezer would not dispense ice.Suncadia is full of bike and walking trails which we, our children and grandchildren enjoyed. We also enjoyed the swim spa and the hot tub.

A very comfortable fit for our family 9 adults and 5 grandchildren. The diswasher lower rack kept slipping off its track and s/be fixed and the tea kettle needs to be replaced. Other than those two items all was fine.

Excellent property

This location and house were fantastic for our family. Only a couple challenges- for a house this size it would be good to have another fridge and freezer and there is no blender.

The house was clean, bathrooms as described and it was wonderful for all of us to have our own bathroom. However, the laundry products and dish soap are all highly scented. Anyone with scent allergies should be advised of this before visiting. I wish the hosts would consider using unscented products. The kitchen layout was a little crowded for our group which likes to cook together, but was well equipped with pots, pans, serving dishes, dinnerware and utensils. The stove quit working, but All Seasons was extremely prompt in responding to the problem, we got it fixed and dinner was only a little late. The ice maker was working, but would not dispense ice. There was plenty of toilet paper, but no tissues. The curtain remote was not working and it was a problem in the evenings. The hot tub frame was hard to get off and on, probably because of the way it was installed. The bedrooms are sparsely furnished and could use two luggage racks in each room and/or a dresser.

Hi Jo Anne, Thanks for staying with us. 9 Wines is a fantastic home with awesome amenities and a spacious layout. We appreciate your feedback regarding scented products. We don't typically get complaints about products being highly scented. We use Dawn Dish soap and Kirkland brand laundry pods. We do not provide tissues. The ice maker was jammed so this has been resolved. The batteries may need to be changed in the curtain remote so we will check it out. Thanks, Leah - All Seasons Vacation Rentals

Annual family birthday celebration

All of us were comfortable in bedrooms and bathrooms - the kitchen was large and well equipped - the large island held everything and the large table seated everyone - the living room with large fireplace was especially enjoyed - the patio was great with two ceiling heaters and the firepit was well used - the lap pool and hot tub were also well used - the kids came running out to greet our foursome when we came by on hole 16 - all of us agreed this was the best house yet !!

Great stay a

We had a wonderful family trip at the 9 wine property. The space was very clean. It was great that each couple had their own room/bathroom, and the cousins loved the bunk room! The swim spa was a big hit with the little kids. We enjoyed the home’s outside space and the local parks. The Property Manager was very responsive. We made multiple meals at the house and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes, glassware,, and pans.Thank you for facilitating a great family adventure!

Fantastic house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best houses in Suncadia - Just fantastic layout and location - If you force me to be negative then two slight complaints - great house for 6-8 People - Bit rough for 10-12 at once (dude party) and also the same complaint I would make for literally every house in suncadia ... clean the frickin grill so there is not a grease fire every single time that I use the BBQ on a rental - or at least have some baking soda handy.

Family Christmas

Overall we had a great stay, 4 stars for cleanliness due to broken glass in the game room. It was found our first night when our grandson stepped on it and cut his foot.It was great having a bedroom/bathroom for all five couples and a separate bathroom for the kids. We had more than enough room for all 16 of us.
