Very well located and convenient condo. Clean but with dated kitchen closets and unfortunately rather uncomfortable chairs and couch. It was difficult to have a comfortable seat. Dining table & chairs, laundry facilities good. Bed good. View OK. Covered parking excellent in hot Phoenix.

Convenient having laundry in the condo. A very comfortable place to stay. Parking space was difficult to back out of when the spaces next to us had vehicles in their spaces. But it was nice having our vehicle in a covered space. We stayed a month and would recommend working with Natalia as a host. She was very helpful and returned our calls promptly.
