About this property

Blowing Rock Mountain Cabin on River with Fireplace, Hot Tub, Fishing

Laurel Cabin is a rustic riverside log cabin located between Boone and Blowing Rock. A short six minute drive will take you to Downtown Blowing Rock where you will find local dining and shopping, in addition to the community park. Hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway, about five minutes from the cabin, for scenic overlooks and numerous hiking trails. Nestled in the mountains, this modern cabin seamlessly combines comfort and style. A striking stone fireplace anchors the living area, surrounded by inviting leather furniture. Large windows offer sweeping mountain views, blurring the lines between indoors and nature. Modern design touches, from the well-appointed kitchen to tasteful decor, create a cozy yet refined atmosphere. It's the perfect retreat, where you can relax by the fire, admire the mountain scenery, and immerse yourself in both comfort and natural beauty.

We recommend snow chains and AWD/4WD during the winter in the High Country in case of inclement weather.

Beautiful and cozy!
This ended up being the perfect place for my family of three given that we were in the area for one night for a trip to Tweetsie Railroad. The proximity was perfect and it's only too bad we had to head down to Asheville the next day because we would love to have stayed longer! The fire was great and the hot tub was wonderful.
