Everything from the shops, beaches, and Ringling Brothers Museum were 10-20 minutes away. The host was very prompt to respond and it was very convenient having a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer right there.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked , but the dish detergent was gone and we had to buy more. It would be nice to have salt and pepper be available without having to buy it. The location was great. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, quiet neighborhood. It was a 10-12 minute drive to Siesta Key beach (with traffic). Plenty of restaurants close by as well, overall pretty good location. My only critiques would be that they have bunk beds in what I believe is the master bedroom and the house could really use a new outdoor grill. Would stay again, great value.

We had a great family vacation in Sarasota. House was clean and close to stores and restaurants. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the beach. Both Siesta Key and Lido beach were amazing! We would stay again!

We were impressed with the property. Neighbors were even nice! Not on the beach, so that was a bit of a drive, especially with traffic. But stores were nearby and the neighborhood seemed decent. Would stay here again.

Nice decor. Comfortable bedding. Perfect accommodations for our family of three adult couples. Owner’s suite had a spacious shower. Laundry room was equipped with nice washer/dryer. Spacious ranch home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient location.

Amazing Time with My Family

The property was conveniently located to everything… Food, entertainment, the beach… Just about anything you need. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. It was cozy and comfortable. A nice fenced in backyard. Plenty of parking space. Communication was top-notch. I would definitely book with them again!!

We loved our stay at this house! It was just as described and fit our needs perfectly! The newly remodeled showers were amazing! The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was a great location and close to everything but we loved it was such a short drive to siesta key beach and we spent every day down on ocean boulevard. We would definitely go back!

Very nice property! we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 2 nights at the property with my wife and 2 teenage kids.... the house is very nice, fully renovated and super clean! the location is very good, about 15 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the shopping mall. the only negative comment i might have is that the street has no lights... so looks a bit dark at night if you wanted to go for a walk. Besides that absolutely gorgeous! Also, I wish here was a gas BBQ at the property. Exchanged few messages with the host, quick responses and very pleasant person to deal with! Thank you.

No ceiling fans in house at all. Had to list all discrepancies upon arrival. Several items didn't work (main bathroom light didn't work & shower head, & broken toilet paper holder broken in back bathroom). Pictures do not depict the house accurately. Neighborhood is sketchy for Sarasota area (next dor neighbor house windows boarded up & unkept yards). Host did let us check in a little early.
