Charming Honeymoon Cottage on 18-acre Wooster Farm owned by Frank Benson
You may never want to leave the Honeymoon Cottage on Wooster Farm. It is a cozy two-bedroom cottage that sleeps 5 and has a new kitchen and exposed wood ceilings. You can see the sunrise over the water from the porch and the sunset over the water from the back porch! You can also share the 18-acre estate with the Main House at Wooster and use the tennis court with views of the ocean from two sides, a private dock with moorings, two private beaches, lovely gardens and woods, and a 200-year-old large barn used by famous painter Frank Benson.

About the host
Hosted by Peter Allen
My name is Peter Allen. I live in Naples, Florida. I attended Yale and the Stanford Business School and worked at Morgan Stanley.
My family has summered on North Haven since 1914. My grandfather was a sculptor and knew Frank Benson, the owner of Wooster Farm from 1905 to 1951. I grew up playing tennis on the clay court.

Why they chose this property
As a tribute to Frank Benson and to my father and grandfather, I bought Wooster Farm in 2011 and have renovated it and preserved it in its original condition, and have opened it up to thousands of art lovers who have enjoyed seeing where Mr. Benson painted and etched.
What makes this property unique
Wooster Farm is an enchanted place where people make happy memories; there have been a lot of dances in the Barn, and families have had fun playing on the tennis court and baseball in the front lawn, and walking the pristine beaches nearby.
