A small group of college athletes in town for a tournament. The place was perfect, spacious, clean and inviting. Communication with the owners was fantastic. The place had everything we needed. Thank you!
Spacious, comfy, great views, quiet neighborhood, wonderful location etc etc!!!
This house was very nice and we settled in very well, close to golden gardens park, metro market, bus 45 and couldn’t ask for better weather! Sunny deck for lunch, nice kitchen and cozy living room space .
No complaints at all, and would love to stay here again

Nice location. Needs better housekeeping.
The location was very good. Quiet neighborhood. Housekeeping was poor. The dryer had a full load of partially dried towels and bedding. The bedrooms need a nightstand on both sides of the bed. Kitchen window and outside patio furniture very dirty. Need a curtain over the kitchen window as the late day sun made it impossible to work in there. We had 4 people in our group and we needed to stock the bathrooms with the appropriate amount of towels. No guide to the local area. Looks like these owners are new to the rental business. Needs improvement.

Why they chose this property
Quiet, quaint location in the coveted North Ballard/North Beach neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly with nice mixture of young and established residents. Nice Ocean Breezes during summer months and great peekaboo view of water and coastline. Short 6 block walk West to Golden Gardens Beach Park. 1 mile from downtown Ballard restaurants and sight-seeing.
What makes this property unique
3 full bedrooms with 3 full baths on 3 different floors makes this place great for getting away and relaxing in private or gathering together in the living room or on one of three patios after a day out seeing the sights. Also, within 1 mile of Ballard restaurants and walking distance to Golden Gardens Beach Park where you can watch magnificent sunsets or have a day at the beach.
