Good Location, Bad Quality

This rental was great for location with private beach access. Other than that everything else was bare minimum quality. We rent every year at Carolina Beach and this rental was overall average at best. No furniture on porches, elevator didn’t work, cockroaches all over. For the amount of money we paid we expected a better experience. Will not rent this place again.

Very relaxing place

20 steps to the beach, great sunrise views, great dual decks to watch the ocean. Hear the waves at night...awesome!

It would have been nice to have a dust pan with the broom. Was difficult to sweep with no broom. Vacuum cleaners really didn't pick up much. Would have been nice to have some plastic cups and plate ware for the kids. If I would have known I could have brought my own. Thank you!!

Great location, but that's all that was great

perfect location but the place is just run down, kitchen faucet is broken and has no hot water, furniture is old, kitchen stuff is adequate but not great..not one single lidded container. No hair dryer. Exactly one towel per person. Exactly one pillow per person. No extra blankets..I could go on. We rent a lot and normally are more than happy. Wait, did I mention the 3 cockroaches? Ok, I'm done. The place was big and location was amazing though.

Fastest Week Ever !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is I believe our 6th year working with Bryant Real Estate and our third year at this property. Bryant is very professional and friendly and we love the location. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk for the kids and also close to walking-distance dinner spots. We have already reserved for 2023! (one encouragement: please hold pricing at these levels. Big jump this year.)
