Easy process wonderful stay

Very spacious, pet-friendly, minutes from Sunset Beach. Very quite, fantastic balcony, tvs in both bedrooms. Friendly neighbors, great area for long walks. We've been going to Sunset Beach for 7 years, this is our first time reserving with this host. Highly recommend this host, very friendly.

Half Marathon Stay

Although our stay was short. We enjoyed the property. My friend and I were able to run around the neighborhood the night before the race and we enjoyed the proximity of the golf course. We made pasta and the house has all the cooking equipment we needed. It was very cleanly. We loved it.

Location was ideal for our 1/2 marathon. Unit is a little dated, Wi-Fi was nearly non existent which made watching TV not enjoyable. Kitchen needs measuring cups, none found making it interesting to have oatmeal for breakfast. Haha

The AC did not work and fire alarm kept going off in my son's room one night that we remove the fire alarm from the unit I called the owner. He advised us that there was a pull up couch in the living room, which my husband tried to sleep on, but it was broken. He advised me that he would refund me one day stay I'm yet to see the one day refunded. Please advise when this will happen.
