Edgewater Condominiums boasts 35 individually owned beachfront condos with full-size kitchens, elevator access, and resort amenities. It has gated parking, a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub, and direct beach access. It doesn't get any better than this!

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Extremely comfortable and cozy rental for our long weekend at the beach. This unit was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a beach stay! The property management company was very communicative leading up to our trip and easy to get in touch with (if needed) once we were there!

Great Location - Good Time

We had a great time during our SPI stay. The condo was in a great location - easy to get to the beach and pool and close to restaurants and shops. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.

This is probably one of the better condos we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped and the the condo itself was extremely comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the AC will freeze you out which made for some great nights of sleep.

Great Condo

This condo was as advertised. It had everything we needed. Awesome views to the beach! We had an awesome time staying here. The only thing I would say is tgat the couch is not to comfortable but the rest was great. I would recommend it and would stay here again 👌

Great view and close to everything

The unit itself was well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and having a washer/dryer in the unit was very handy. The elevator broke while we were there and took 2 days to be fixed. Fortunately we were not moving in/out on those days. Also a note that the unit is directly over the pool which can get quite noisy for extended periods of time. Overall, we had a great visit to SPI.

Amazing place

We absolutely loved this place. We were the 4th floor and had the most amazing view of the ocean! The condo was fully equipped with everything you need and very close (walking) to entertainment/dining and even a gas station for a quick run. The condo was spotless and provided beach equipment for your day on the beach. Definitely kid friendly too. You may have to put up some of the decorations because there were some that were glass but other than that perfect! The beach and pool were awesome and very clean! Just know to do the pre-check in. The “front office” is at a separate location not walking distance (we did not have a car). It DOES state this in the emails but I missed it. They were so very accommodating though and let us in our condo remotely. We will be back for sure again! Frank the head maintenance man was very personable and funny. Over all we had an amazing time! Love love love this place!

Spectacular Ocean Views and Charming Accommodation

Spacious, clean, very comfortable and stunning views are a few words to describe Edgewater 404. This condo exceeded our expectations, needs and more! The balcony, living room and master bedroom view of the ocean is phenomenal. The front door entrance faces towards the city, which provides front row seating to the weekend fireworks extravaganza, within the comfort of your condo. The front door is also near the elevator and we found it helpful when coming and going. We had no problems with noise or traffic outside the door. Both rooms were equipped with heavy draperies which allowed for extra darkening when needed. The laundry room is stocked with an abundance of beach necessities. There is no need to tote your gear with you or buy anything locally. I would definitely check out what you can borrow prior to purchasing items locally. A definite bonus is the direct acces to the beach located dirctly behind the condo unit. This was a great help when lugging beach gear and kids to and fro. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We throughly enjoyed this stay and took full advantage of the comforts in the condo and close access to beach. Edgewater 404 is comfortable enough for a family but sophisticated enough for an adults only getaway. Very versatile! It was a definite gem!!!!!!!

Summer Family Getaway

This property was in a great location and was perfect for our family of 6 with kids that range from 20 yr old to 4 month old. The island had so much to do but our favorite days were relaxing at the beach and in the pool at the property! Loved it so much!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was the nicest condo we had ever stayed at! The view from the fourth floor balcony was to die for! My Husband and I had the room with the King size bed and my two daughters had the room with the two beds. We were so comfy and relaxed! The walls are definitely not thin. What a plus! Access to the beach was a breeze. There was only one negative glitch. The coffee pot seems to be on its last legs. It leaked both mornings that it was used. Other than that every thing was perfect. We wanted for nothing. It was truly home away from home. We can't wait to stay here again! Sincerely, The Tamez Family

Family Beach Escape

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Edgewater for our Spring Break. Property was in a perfect location and was well maintained. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day. The pool was kept in immaculate condition. Just exactly what we hoped for!! We will be back!!

The property is very nice but had some problems.

The place is nice and in a good location, great view. Had problems with spare bathroom with the toliet and shower, they had to get a plumber in the next day to fix the bathroom, water won't come out of the shower head, so they got it all fixed. Then the winter Texas storm came and shut down the power on Sunday night and Monday all day without water or power, lost all of are food in the refrigerator and throwed it away. I wish I could have a refund for Monday night stay??? There is a couple of things needed for the place and that is a TV in the spare bedroom and in the master bedroom needs a clock in there.

Hurricane Hanna

I wish I could have given a better review but upon my arrival the room was not ready. The Vacation Rental Company said the room hadn’t been cleaned. Thank goodness my family was renting the room next door. The keys they gave me did not work. Hurricane Hanna rolled in about 6pm so I essentially paid for two nights and only stayed in room one night. The room was turned over the next day after hurricane and a new set of keys were reissued and I got to spend one night in this unit. It was a lovely unit with many upgrades. I would recommend staying in this unit. Hopefully you do not visit SPI when a Hurricane is barreling through...

Great for family

Beachfront made trips back and forth from the condo to the beach very easy. Quiet complex. Security and maintenance were around the entire week. Very nice condo with stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare all meals. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus for us. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
