This house was amazing! It was beautifully furnished and had plenty of room. It was entirely updated, clean and the owners thought of everything. The amenities were exceptional. I highly recommend this VRBO!!

Awesome location!

My sisters and I stayed here while we were attending the RTTH competition at the Horse Park. The house is beautiful and was spotless. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. But the very best thing about the house was its location. It's an easy 10 min drive to the horse park and totally walkable to downtown which has lots of good restaurants. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was one of the very best. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Lexington again

Perfect spot for KHP!

We had a group competing at Kentucky Horse Park and this rental was perfect for us! The bedrooms were large, beds comfy, lovely bathrooms, great kitchen. None of the bathrooms were en-suite but for us that was fine since we were all sharing. Owner was super responsive and very helpful. Loved the 9 minute drive to the KHP entrance! Also very close to a good coffee shop and lots of restaurants.

This property exceeded our expectations. Pictures accurately portrayed the property ✨️ Our only critique would be that the outside furniture be covered. Although it was there substantial cleaning on our part would have had to be done to utilize those areas..

Beautifully crafted, comfortable home

The house was so nice! Functional and beautiful kitchen, large dining room table for 8, beds were more comfortable than mine at home- we all slept really sound. 2 full baths. Huge backyard- they had the fire built and ready in the firepit! Within walking distance to charming downtown Georgetown. Host was responsive. A perfect place. We hope to return

Kentucky Trifecta

I can’t say enough good about our stay, this house and the owner. Every two years my family comes home for a Big Blue Weekend. We’re a family born and raised in KY but now live in three different states. This house was a perfect place for us to come home and gather with our adult children. The house was beautiful, unique and the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever rented. The owner was available and very easy to work with. We will definitely rent again whenever the chance arises.

Our Kentucky Home

My family was gathering in Georgetown for a wedding. This beautiful home provided everything needed to accommodate my guests. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the back yard fire pit and cornhole boards. Breakfast at the large island in the kitchen was very enjoyable. The children who visited enjoyed gathering in the upper level TV room.Amy was an extremely responsive host.We all agreed to return to this home annually for a reunion.
