The Space:

7 Day Weekend is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the Emerald II subdivision. This 2000 square foot house is centrally located near all restaurants and shopping, plus has gorgeous unobstructed views of the beach! It sleeps 17 comfortably, and you are just a minute away from "toes in the sand". The property features two decks (covered and uncovered) with plenty of chairs for enjoying the sunrise, Gulf breezes, and the sound of the waves.



The living area has lots of comfortable seating for the family, and opens up to the kitchen and dining areas. The well-stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare meals (including a Keurig coffee maker to start your day), There is seating at the island, as well as a dining room table with room for six more, and sofa table seating as a bonus! The home offers several amenities for children, such as games, pack n play, high chair, and bouncer. There is also high speed internet for your convenience.



Bedrooms one, two, and three all feature a queen bed and one full bed with a TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom four features a twin over queen bunk bed with a TV. The living room also has a pull out couch that is a queen, so there is extra space for guests.



While the two upper decks have amazing views, the downstairs outdoor area has plenty of great features as well! You'll find picnic tables, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor swing, outdoor shower, and gas BBQ grill.



Cargo lift is available for guest use, with additional fee. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
